Do I need a cookie policy on my website?

If your website uses cookies, you need a Cookie Policy. GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws require that you disclose what user information you collect, and what you do with this information.

However, if your website already has a Privacy Policy, which includes a Cookie Policy, it is not mandatory to have a separate Cookie Policy. You can add the cookie information inside the Privacy Policy in a section, related to cookies.

Use CookieScript Consent Management Platform to create your cookie policy.
